We’re excited that you’re thinking about getting your church involved with BapCaster! We try to make the process as easy as possible for your organization, while also protecting the reputation of other organizations on the platform. There are a few things you should be aware of before you begin. Please carefully read through the following resources before signing up:

• BapCaster has a Statement of Faith that it uses to make onboarding decisions. If your organization does not comply with every statement, your organization will not be given backend access to the platform. This includes requirements such as KJV organizations only. Please read the Statement of Faith before continuing.
• BapCaster is required to store some important data about your organization for the service to work. The amount of data we request is minimal, but we must be transparent to be compliant with federal privacy laws. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
• While BapCaster does not require donations or monthly fees for your organization to access, we do ask that you take a look at our Pricing and Monthly Expenses page. We understand that some organizations cannot afford to give, but we do ask that you help us minimize costs, by not reposting messages, not posting song services (for copyright reasons), and deleting and reposting frequently. We are charged for storage fees as well as bandwidth costs, which is why we currently only offer audio uploads with mp3 files. We plan to release video functionality in the near future.
• To protect the reputation of other organizations, we ask that you only provide BapCaster panel access to people you completely trust. If your organization frequently violates BapCaster Community Guidelines, your organization may be removed from the platform.
